While I don't suggest playing this game without having played NekoNin exHeart first, I find it a great companion to the main story and the 18+ DLC is free on top of that. I was surprised this game itself was not a DLC to the main game or an entire full-length story of its own but it still has that DLC feel for those who want to continue the story from the first game before reading the second.. Well to be fair the first Neko nin game was pretty decent towards the end so I expected this game to be at least somewhat good. Well it turns out I was wrong... I still dont know whether this is supposed to be a game or a f*cking assassination attempt!!! Even though the artstyle aswell as the moving cat ear feature are quite impressive the mere existance is hard to justify. There is only one h scene in the entire game which doesnt have to be a bad thing... but this one scene borders on sexual assault! In addition to that sh*te this game is so short that it is ridiculous. I spend only 1 buck on this game and to be honest I would rather buy dinosaur hunt for that price. Every time I think it cant get worse steam has another sh*t show in store to test my resolve... lets just hope the sequel of this sequel is better or i will probably kick the bucket... Very nice art, nice music, and a fantastic UI with a lot of options. It's fairly well translated for the most part, and the story in this one is really quite endearing.
